If your potential order is less than $3000 for materials alone, you will not hear back from us -- that is just too small an order to get our attention. We will not accept orders for less than $3000 worth of materials.

Upon ordering, you will pay our manufacturer for the quoted material directly.  Your material will be sent directly from our manufacturer to you. We don't stock nor ship any raw materials -- that's not our primary business  -- we are primarily a builder of designer decks and arbors in California. 

If you wish to incorporate our turned solid-plastic balusters or solid-plastic newels, that portion of your materials used by us would be sent to us separately where they would be processed and shipped from California.

You will first be required to pay an advance of 50% down, excluding freight; then when your order is ready to ship you pay  the balance plus the quoted freight. Your order is shipped the first workday following your final payment.

We help you out by getting you to the right provider for your situation, and if necessary, intervening on your behalf if a problem arises -- we have a lot more influence than any one customer has. In return your purchase helps us out by reducing our annual cost of doing business with our own suppliers whom we have gotten to know quite well over the years -- it's that simple. If you don't think that's fair, then take your business elsewhere from the get-go.
