If your potential order is less than $3000 for materials alone, you will not hear back from us -- that is just too small an order to get our attention. We will not accept orders for less than $3000 worth of materials.

You will pay Mr. Deck for the material but your material will be sent directly from our manufacturer to you. We don't stock any materials -- that's not our primary business -- we are primarily a builder of designer decks and arbors in California.

We first ask for 50% down excluding freight; then when your order is ready to ship you pay us the balance plus the quoted freight. Your order is shipped when your check clears our bank. If you want your order expedited, arrangement can be made for wire transfers for $30 extra.

We help you out by getting you to the right provider for your situation, and if necessary, intervening on your behalf if a problem arises -- we have a lot more influence than any one customer has. In return your purchase helps us out by reducing our annual cost of doing business with our own suppliers whom we have gotten to know quite well over the years -- it's that simple. If you don't think that's fair, then take your business elsewhere from the get-go.

Spell out the description of each item completely and independently even though all but one of the next board's dimensions may differ just slightly from the former one. Try to be consistent in your format so we can interpret it by observing a common pattern.
