- Lighting and electrical work
- Concrete patio and slab work
- Brick or stucco work
- Concrete cutting
- Demolition and haul-away
- Relocation of soil or grading
- Transport to a remote location
- Tying into an existing
structure
- Substitute materials

Be aware that projects do not scale up or down linearly
so the cost of the revised structure that changes the dimensions will always be more
than what you expect.
